GoClaw Binary License

This license applies to the GoClaw executable binaries distributed by ULAB.mn.
It does not make the GoClaw source code open source.

1. Permission

You may download, install, and use the official GoClaw binary for personal,
internal business, development, evaluation, and operational purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

- copy, publish, or distribute GoClaw source code unless ULAB.mn has
  expressly authorized you in writing;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
  from the GoClaw binary, except where applicable law expressly prohibits this
  restriction;
- remove or alter copyright, license, or attribution notices;
- sell, sublicense, rent, lease, host, or provide GoClaw as a managed service
  to third parties without written permission from ULAB.mn;
- use GoClaw for illegal, harmful, privacy-invasive, abusive, or infringing
  activity.

3. Third-party open source components

GoClaw includes third-party open source components. Those components remain
licensed under their own licenses. Nothing in this license limits rights you
may have under those third-party licenses. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md for
additional notices.

4. No warranty

GoClaw is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, including
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ULAB.mn and contributors are not liable
for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive
damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity,
or production availability arising from use of GoClaw.

6. Additional terms

Your use of GoClaw is also subject to the published Terms of Use, Privacy
Notice, and Acceptable Use Policy where provided with the distribution or on
the GoClaw website.
